I haven’t been following this closely, but I think it was a non-American Muslim radical killed by the Saudis in their sovereign territory.

This reminds me of the Iran-Iraq War where I hope they both lose. And if Turkey could lose also I’d be even happier.

Since SA is a counter weight to the Uber nut jobs of Iran, Syria, the Brotherhood, and Russia, I’m content to continue not following this.

Oh I could give a shite about Kashoggi, if the Saudis wanted to take him out who are we to judge. Obama assassinated American citizens so no big deal.

Even Trump in his 60 minutes interview said this was a big deal. He was a permanent resident opinion columnist for wash post. He was killed in the consulate picking up wedding papers. Apparently 15 dudes flew in via private plane specifically to kill and dismember the guy. He was writing articles saying Saudi Arabia should be democratic.

It's a problem when any government kills an unfriendly journalist.

Before you go spouting off about the hypocrisy of others, here’s what you said about Kris Paranto after he correctly called out your cowardly messiah on Twitter, you little sanctimonious bitch.

No. I think the poster is referring to the US who befriendds and looks the other way with brutal regimes like Saudi Arabia. Others like Cuba they villainize.

Clowns here are very defensive because they believe some are singling out the Trump administration. This has been going on long before Trump and honest people have pointed out the ongoing hypocrisy of US foreign policy.

I believe it is an absolute that a great power cannot avoid forever being hypocritical when dealing in international relations.

Why the frick didn't they get married in Jamaica like everybody else with a fricked up "home" situation.

Did anyone not know that Saudis were barbarians with a frick ton of cash?

If it weren't for oil it would be a very big Yemen.

Totally agree. Apparently he fled a SA a few years (the new prince apparently is brutal) and they had tried to get him to come back

He sould have known better and gotten married in Vegas.

that doesn't mean you can just lure journalists to embassies in foreign lands and butcher them up into several different pieces.

The sooner people realize that pure sadistic evil exists in this world outside of the suburban bubble they call life, the better off we will be. We are crippling ourselves internationally by playing by the rules. Deals are made. Agreements reached. Dirty Deeds done dirt cheap. We are our own worst enemy. In the face of danger, a large part of the country would rand die than risk emotional disruption to themselves or others.

Especially a journalist that poses no credible threat to the civilian public.

serious question

The way you framed that seems to imply journalist should receive special treatment in your book, why is that?

You dont seem to understand what a first world country is.

At the end of the day Saudi Arabia has had a rough time with terrorist and the Muslim Brotherhood lately and this has far more to do with that that journalism, Kashoghi was far to well protected to be harmed for any disagreements about journalism.
