while i dont disagree with her, I dont think it is entirely appropriate to use her position as Press Secretary to voice complaints about a company's product.

Well Sarah, that's why you turn voice activation for ordering OFF when you set it up.
I have a 3 year old who likes to tell Alexa "Alexa, add mommy to the shopping list" 700 times a day because he thinks its funny. I was smart and turned the feature off, so I don't have 40 mail order russian brides show up at my door.

This is objectively untrue. Government employees have significant restrictions placed on their rights when compared to the average citizen, with the protections afforded by the First Amendment at the top of the list.

Why would anyone?
When you have smart TVs, cell phones, or any of the devices like Alexa you are just asking for the Government to listen in.
You are also making it extremely easy.

If she were a democrat it would be okay. Remember when she posted a pie and the media went batshit making it news she didn't bake it? She will take heat for this but it brings awareness. I imagine calling the company goes no where. She is not the first to complain about this.
