That was not the point in dispute. Try and pay attention

Does money bring back your kid murdered by an autistic freak? These parents treated their children’s deaths like it was the lottery. That is pathetic.

No one is claiming that their children are coming back.
Do you believe individuals should be held accountable for their actions?

So why did you share a post that does not say anything you initially claimed it does? Or share a post which you agree with all facts stated in it?

I don’t think asking for a billion dollars for words is accountability.

Try and pay attention this time:
You claimed in this thread Juries are not perfect.
In the previous thread you used the fact that the jury found Chauvin guilty as PROOF the testimony was objectively true. The presumption being that the jury is infallible in its wisdom and ability to discern truth.
Now I know this requires you to use a little bit of logic but please give it a some time if at first it seems too vexing.

Yet you’re struggling to find the post where I did this. Odd…

Facilitating and encouraging the harassment of the families by calling them liars and actors while knowingly pedaling false information is though.
If this is the case then pretty much every prominent leftist is guilty of the same thing and owe us billions

I posted it. The board can see you don’t debate in good faith. In short time you will be broadly dismissed as a joke.
I’m done with you. AMF.

Would you prefer that the families still continue to get nothing while Alex Jones continues to spend $93,000 a month trying to run out the clock on this judgement against him and the creditors?
I don’t prefer anything. But that deal looks like they took a majority stake in Alex Jones INC

That deal looks to me that Alex Jones is paying a monetary punishment to the victims of his civil wrongs.

Garnishing his revenue is not “aligning”.
Yeah, it is. They are proposing a percentage of his earnings with a stated floor.
If they want him to pay, they want him to continue earning. That is, they want him to keep saying crazy shite.
That’s alignment.

It’s earnings based.
Do you consider taxes a punishment?

Well they gave Jones two options.
They offered an option consisting of an orderly liquidation of Jones’ non-exempt assets. They said in the filing this option would likely lead to “a lifetime of litigation and enforcement proceedings” for the Infowars host. Sadly, some of these families do not have the time for this. Erica Lafferty is dying of cancer and cannot afford the continued treatment. Meanwhile, Alex Jones refuses to offer any of the compensation these victims are owed while spending $93,000 a month.
And people will continue to come on here and defend him.

This is not taxes. It’s a wage garnishment. On the one hand, they can be seen as a form of punishment, as they can cause financial hardship and stress. On the other hand, they can be seen as a necessary tool for collecting debts and ensuring that debtors meet their legal obligations.

If Alex Jones causes you “immense pain and suffering” don’t listen to his show.
Also you are a pussy if an entertainment show causes you pain and suffering.

Still can’t believe that went that way, in America. Subjective opinion punished like a crime.

It’s garbage.
