That IS NOT the beloved free trade you keep crying about. Trade implies two parties and to date only one has been open and free while simultaneously being blocked from foreign markets due to excessive tariffs.

The Democrats view of free trade right there baws

Good job!

You are a supreme idiot… there is one steel manufacturing in the U.S.

Not going to happen in 4 years. Even if there were more it would be entirely too expensive. Like anything made here.

There are reasons things aren’t made here…

Let me know when your taxes go down, deficit is cut and cost of living is somewhat impacted positively in next few years.

Gold has done well.

Interestingly, bitcoin, a supposed safe haven is trending down

Imo, the best thing to do is nothing. We still have a lot unknown. Making an investment decision with limited info is just a gamble

Incorrect, the govts of the world inject themselves in trade and Trump is doing what he can to get them out of it with reciprocal tariffs.

And your whole life you voted for people who let people from those shitholes into our country.

To the point you live in Alaska far away from all those fricking people you brought here.

Until today I bet NO ONE knew the amount of tariffs being imposed on US goods abroad - essentially blocking those markets from us.

I don't think those tariffs are being imposed. I could be wrong. Does anyone here know enough about tariffs to pick one of the countries on the board, and find a government document / website, from that country, indicating that they imposed a blanket tariff on U.S. goods around double what Trump is imposing? As of yesterday, of course (they probably will impose tariffs soon if they haven't already).

The House will flip to Dems. The current numbers and the district maps
make that result highly likely.
