Either we stand and fight or be forced into an America where free speech and freedom means nothing.

quote:

The San Antonio city council has moved to ban fast food giant Chick-fil-A from the city’s airport because the company is famously supportive of traditional Christian values. District 1 City Councilman Roberto Treviño entered a motion on March 19 to approve the city’s Food, Beverage and Retail Prime Concession Agreement but added a clause to ban the nation’s favorite fast food company from the list of vendors eligible to open a kiosk at the San Antonio International Airport. “With this decision, the City Council reaffirmed the work our city has done to become a champion of equality and inclusion,” Treviño said, according to NBC News 4. “San Antonio is a city full of compassion, and we do not have room in our public facilities for a business with a legacy of anti-LGBTQ behavior”

Because Chick-fil-a does not give money to LBGTQ

Who wants to bet they don't ban Bravo channel for lack of Christian support?

Chick-fil-A, an establishment that loves God and America. No wonder the left despises that restaurant so much

Did Michael Scott write this press release?

You know what, Toby, this is an environment of welcoming and you should just get the hell out of here

And freely chooses to pay their workers well and train them well and foster good attitudes and bright futures for their employees despite being low level fast food and without government assistance.

Chick FIL a is the antithesis of the progressive doctrine.

How is this constitutional? A local government singling out a company for it’s stances on politics/religion. Seems like a free speech issue.

It’s not. But liberals are okay with the government persecuting peaceful people for their beliefs so long as the correct side is being persecuted.

Anytime I see that CFA doesn’t support the “LGBTQ” community...I just laugh.

Very good friend of mine is a GM of a CFA in Florida. He’s on track to become a franchise owner within the next 5 years.

He’s openly gay.

The only people hurt are the visitors to their airport. CFA will do just fine without a location there.

So a private business has to check all the right boxes to operate in the public domain?

WTF

I just came back from a trip to Guatemala and ate at the Dallas airport CFA. I had a lady in a hijab took my order and a gay worker was having dinner with his boyfriend. Kinda ridiculous how these people get their panties in a wad over something so silly. Certainly didn’t seem like a place that hated folks with different beliefs.

It's just one little thing they said, let them have it. Then there was no where to retreat to.

Reminds me of a story about a bean field that everyone wanted to surrender to the enemy.

This is such b's.

This is what has happened in only a decade in America. We went from no gay marriage and the vast majority not wanting it and now we have bans for businesses that don't donate and support it.

I support all people including gays and I support civil unions in some form. I support gay people from not being discriminated against.
I don't support gay marriage.

I don't support the overt normalization and celebration of LGBTQ in culture. I don't support the use of slurs against gay or people.

Basically there is now discrimination bias against scripture and traditional Christian faith.
