25 years is actually light for what he did. He's no better than Madoff and Madoff got 150 years.

Have any of the Dem politicians he donated other people's money to ever pay back any of that money to the receiver overseeing FTX assets?

I hate it when posters exaggerate. He shouldn't get any more than 1,000 years.

im completely shocked it was more than a few months to a year at the most

this is just temporary though, in a few weeks they will quietly reduce the sentence to under 5 years. he gave most of the stolen money straight to the DNC so he wont be spending much time in jail. hell biden might even pardon him under the table and the MSM wont say anything about it.

I might not like it, but it’s in line with the top end for those convicted for fraud, but without some form of Ponzi scheme tied into it.

I would have liked 40-50, but 25 plus the $8 billion judgement should in effect make him a pauper in his 50s when he gets out.

In truth, I don’t see him lasting that long in prison. His personality and how many people he billed are going to motivate someone to take him out.

He'll be pardoned in less than a year.

When the conspiracy theory is disproven, just change it and add another layer

So... he'll be 57 years old if he serves the entire sentence? He'll probably have 30 years of luxury after that, before he dies. His family is filthy rich.

I read somewhere that everyone got all of their money back. This crypto surge saved him also

It was a crypto scheme. It would be naive to think that he doesn’t have plenty left over rat holed somewhere.

I’m not really sure what he did

I don’t think the average person had heard of ftx before it crashed and if he lost a bunch of rappers and kneelfl cucks money he’s a hero

When is he eligible for parole?

I assume he’ll make it, he’s not really a danger to society.

It’s Fed time right? He will do approximately 85-90% of the time at least.

It’s one of those situations where SBF is definitely a criminal and his victims are a bunch of crypto idiots who don’t deserve much sympathy.

Not all “criminals” are bad

He’s basically a January 6 prisoner

That is not nearly enough. He has no remorse.
