Not sure there's a place they aren't stinking it up on the field.
I honestly don't care what happens to the Saints, one way or the other.

They are exposing themselves for the mental giants we know they arent

Brees, coach Sean Payton, running back Mark Ingram and defensive end Cameron Jordan all expressed a desire to find a way to show unity while also displaying a protest in some form with regards to the racial inequality in the U.S.
They plan to kneel in regards to "Racial inequality"??? There is more racial inequality in the NFL and NBA than almost any other organization in the US. Why don't they take action against the racial inequality in the NFL, then we'll work on other places. Show the U.S. how to do it. Be the example and start within the NFL first.
Geaux USA!!!

okay lets wait till after the game then take a poll of Europe and ask them the most absurd/ridiculous things Americans do over there and see where this falls.

dont care what they do before the anthem, what will bother me is the media giving it air time for no reason and probably treating it as more important than the anthem itself.

In honor of the Saints playing in the U.K. here's an English source to address your ignorance.

An organizer behind the Black Lives Matter march outside the Minnesota State Fair stood by the group's chant at the fairgrounds in St. Paul to treat police like 'pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon.'

They are now dead to me!

I will be waiting for your results of that poll

of all the embarrassing/ridiculous things Americans do overseas, this doesn't even crack the top 100.
It really pales to insignificance when you compare it to Muslim protest by running over everyone, but it still doesn't make it right!

The NFL/Players are in quicksand; ANY PUBLIC form of movement/'protest' is going to be perceived as partisan/anti-American. No win scenario for them. No way they will continue to be insulated from the economic woes of Ideological polarity in this Nation. This ship has sailed. Welcome to the club.

It's sad that they're doing this on foreign soil.
What? Stand for the anthem? So many fricking bitches on this board
Posted on 9/29/17 at 2:01 pm to Flavius Belisarius
whats wrong with kneeling before the anthem?
if they are standing during the anthem then who fricking cares it becomes a non-issue and Trump wins.
What's interesting is that you will see press photos this weekend, they will all be of the players kneeling, and you will not see ONE PIC of them standing during the anthem, even though i'd put my money on all teams standing.
Like with Dallas on MNF, not a pic was found of them standing during the anthem. The only thing floating everywhere was Jerry Jones kneeling with the team.
I mean if that doesn't make the agenda obvious then I can't help you.

Initially it was because Kaepernick hates America and the American flag. Then it turned into a Protest Trump kneel. Now, it has become a We All Respect Each Other kneel
If Trump would have kept his mouth shut then none of this shite would be happening. He called out a bunch of alpha males. Did you not think they were going to respond?

Embarrasses the USA on foreign soil my grandfather helped defend. We have nothing to apologize for over there. Contaminates the entire game. Is that enough?

I'm curious.
In your reality, what came first: player's disrespect the flag and anthem, or Trump using his 1st Amendment right to condemn them for it?!

Yeah well frick the Saints and the NFL!

So, they walk the fence...because they/their money and status is about to get slammed, and you find nothing "wrong" with that? We know how they feel; their faces show it. They are unrepentant, tarnished...and any thing other than putting their money and time into addressing the PROBLEM of children being raised without love becoming pathological murderers (who Cops have to shoot to control) by the thousands, will not resurrect their former reputations as heroic individuals. Sad but true.
