Biden's done a great job on this by himself. Biden put Putin in a place to be able to do it.
Not to mention that Biden could completely shut Putin off, and has yet to do so.
Biden simply needs Zelensky to remain in place of the government that the NWO propped up in Ukraine. He's OK with the status quo.

When did we stop being the bread basket of the world??….
Well the end actually probably began around 1933 when the government began paying farmers subsidies to grow certain crops or to not grow certain crops. The New Deal and the Agricultural Adjustment Act.
It might or might not have been well intended back then but an ever increasingly corrupt and controlling government has found ways to misuse every subsidy program.

So it looks like negligible world effects and possible big benefits for Germany and France. Jj and Breitbart are wrong again.

Russia doesn't control enough to take out even 50% of the wheat fields, maybe 1/3

Russia did take out a generic viagra plant which also makes nitro heart meds. The press is calling it a nitric acid plant.

Serious question…:
When did we stop being the bread basket of the world?
When the government took taxpayer dollars and paid farmers not to plant various crops to keep Ag prices up.
