I'm suggesting a huge level of hypocrisy in this country. As I said, one person's "socialism" is another person's bankruptcy.

You're against progressive tax rates. "Nyuh-uh, pal- I worked my arse off for my income earnings- why should I be penalized b/c I'm smarter, work harder, hell - luckier than you?! Who said life had to be fair? So why should I pay a higher rate of tax than you?"

OK. So, Trump makes a deal. It bombs. Hugely. Hundreds of millions, hell, maybe billions of dollars lost. Doesn't the capitalist model call for him to bear the full consequences? Isn't a sharing, a spreading of the risk .. mmm... socialism?

I mean, I'm a supplier to an Atlantic City casino. I'm a contractor that built it. I worked my arse off, sweat of the brow, all of that. Why in the world should I suffer and have to accept a lesser rate of compensation than I am entitled to? Why should you (Trump) not have to pay the full rate of the losses that resulted from your LACK of business acumen (and on multiple occasions)?

No proof.

Intel agencies did not inspect or do computer forensics on GOP affiliated targets.

They also never did inspections or computer forensics on the DNC equipment.

The intel report can be completely summed up as Russia made facebook posts and said things on Russian TV.

It is complete crap.

So have we agreed that Putin was trying to help Bernie? If they released DNC info to hurt Hillary and releasing GOP info would have helped Trump why else would Putin hold that information?

Again, you are opposed to current bankruptcy law. That's fine. How would you change it?
It's a really simple question. I find aspects of bankruptcy law unpalatable as well, as I do with elements of the tax code.

However, the law is the law. If people are told they can legally pay less tax, they will follow the law, pay what they owe, and celebrate more money in their pocket. That is not "welfare". It is informed management.

No.
But I find it incredible that our tax system is far more progressive than Euro-socialist countries. All the while, folks like GD deny we were becoming a socialist quagmire as he and Libs simultaneously claim "the rich aren't paying their fair share of taxes."

Isn't the stereotypical baby mama buying steak and beer with food stamps (that incenses you so much as you stand in line behind her) merely "taking advantage of the law on the books"? Seems to me our real issue isn't people who get over on others - we only ridicule those who do it on a small scale. On the other hand, we fall all over ourselves absolutely applauding those who get over on a massive scale (like Trump.)

I'm being deadly serious right now when I say that these two paragraphs you typed are a glaring symptom of what's really wrong with America.

I find aspects of welfare law unpalatable as well. The difference of course is welfare is a deliberately redistributional economic policy, i.e. socialism.

I did not know that the MSM was so complicit with the Dems that they were asking for suggestions for interview questions. Doesn't shock me but I did not know prior to the emails. There is one.

Does the fact Trump's huge losses were redistributed bother you?

Correct. A piece of shite like Trump skirts his losses, stiffs his suppliers and contractors, doesn't pay tax for 30 years, and parlays that into a hoodwinking of gullible dittohead lemmings.

Why are you always so angry and bitter? You essentially spend much of your time on here and in your own real life calling those around you "lemmings".

It's just such a miserable, unhealthy way to go through your days.

That's generally how people get attracted to "social justice" they are mean, hateful people who project their own hate on others.

If I recall, back during the GOP primaries, you were anti-Trump, then at some point you drank the koolaid. (Please correct me if I am mistaken.) I'm not going to drink the koolaid, and, when the Emperor has no clothes, I am going to point it out.

The level of abject hypocrisy, racism, holier than thou self-assured smugness on this board is dismaying. As to your point, yeah maybe unhealthy to spend too much time worrying about misguided souls.

Does the koolaid taste good?

BTW, I get periodically banned from posting here (which is truly amazing, given the level of racist crap posted here), so, I don't know that I'm always posting. What is YOUR post count?

Upon further reflection, you're right. I should follow the example you guys set during the Obama years-- all those posts praising him and his wife (despite your political differences with them!) for being a faithful, once-married man; for not engaging in soft porn; for not bragging about grabbing female genitals or barging into beauty pageant contestant dressing rooms. I can find all those healthy, happy posts about Obama if I search, right?
