Rush said don't think Democrats wont be throwing money at a former student to say/make something up. Rush said it does not matter if it is not true, the Democrats will scream for another FBI investigation. They do not want a confirmation vote before the election.

Some of said the exact same thing last night. ACB is being set-up by Hirono. Don't be shocked if there's an "11th Hour Surprise" before Judge Barrett's nomination heads to the Senate floor. All they need to do is pull in Romney, just like with Kavanaugh.

I really don't think it's gonna happen. Not with the Kavanaugh proceedings being so recent.
If they tried to pull that shite again, especially at the 11th hour, EVERYONE except for the most dogmatic of Democrats would see right through that bullshite. With a man, there's an element of assumed empathy from females. Won't work nearly as well accusing a female.
Throw in the fact that everyone has now seen ACB and her temperament. Nobody had really seen - or heard of - Kavanaugh before. It's easier to make a menace out of a stranger.
