Rumor: Possible military action against NK

This is from the DEFCON Warning Forums. This guy posted about the Syria strikes way before they happened and claims to have inside sources, so take with a grain of salt.

Technically we are still at war with North Korea.
Are you willing to let North Korea develop nuclear weapons systems that are capable of hitting anywhere in the United States? That is the question we must answer. I think it is almost certain if they have an ICBM they will attempt to blackmail us and our allies.

One of the biggest threats is the possibility of North Korea giving nuclear weapons to a group such as ISIS. That must be prevented at all costs. If we find out they are attempting to do that expect military response.
The immediate action by the US is likely to be to place some nuclear weapons in South Korea in an attempt to deter such an action.

So, let me get this straight. We are going to put nukes in SK to prevent NK from attacking and destroying them.

I don't think anything will happen that doesn't have China's approval. Lil' Kim has been getting more and more resistant to China's influence since he developed nukes. I think China is getting tired of dealing with him.
