Rumor: Complete lockdown incoming

Friends in police force are telling me the rumor is that Trump will order a complete lockdown very soon. They have been moving the military in the same manner as they did with Katrina, so they are reading the tea leaves and anticipating the order. It could just be for La, but the running rumor is that it will be national.
Take it for what it's worth. It could amount to nothing, but it's probably best for everyone to start prepping just in case this evolves into this.
