As an aside... am I the only one that is just amazed and confounded that Rudy and Sydney, whom I felt were both excellent lawyers, have ended up here.
It is a bafflement.

Rudy is 80 years old, and I think he is just getting a bit senile.

Powell is harder to explain, but politics really has become a religion for some folks, and evangelism has been known to make people irrational.

Do you know why the judge granted a motion to compel if guliani had admitted the allegations? Was it a play to get his cell phone info for use in another case?

I am curious procedurally, but I've not gotten down into the weeds on it.

If the defamation is the only cause of action, and if he admitted the defamation, as I recall the Judge had the discretion to just direct judgment on liability and proceed to a determination of damages, so I am having trouble guessing why a MTC was even necessary.

Maybe the discovery responses would have been relevant on punitives also?

Could be. My guess is they just want his cell info. I wonder if he admitted to defamation per se to avoid giving that up. Wonder what’s on that phone.

Given that Borat hotel room video, there is no telling what that man has on his phone.

It’s amazing how gleeful you get over this stuff while being totally indifferent to the Biden’s corruption.

If Biden has committed crimes, he should be prosecuted and convicted. But the “what about Biden/Hillary” excuse doesn’t automatically exonerate Trump.

Why didn’t he produce the evidence that would have saved him from this ruling?

Jjdoc and jbdawgs spent weeks on here arguing this defamation case would produce damning evidence against ruby freenan

Giuliani didn’t submit any evidence at all

He was willing to forgo discovery and concede the case. The only real reason to do that is if you know discovery will look worse than refusing to produce it. I.E. he knew what he said about them was in bad faith and could effect his criminal proceedings.

Hail isn't indifferent to the Biden corruption, he works very hard to make excuses for and defend Biden.

Of course it doesn’t. The fact trump is being prosecuted for political reasons should, however.

Ruby Freeman Body Cam Admissions Revealed In The Georgia Ballot Scanning ScandalUPDATE FULL VIDEO ADDITION:

UPDATE 12/28/22 1300 EST - Full body cam/door cam/video clips added - Full video/audio at bottom of article.

Newly uncovered police body cam footage of Ruby Freeman reveal her stunning admissions that directly contradict allegations made under oath by January 6th Committee witnesses, by certain reporters and show hosts, by members of Congress, and by lawyers in sworn statements to Federal Court. Freeman volunteers to blow the whistle on election fraud.

In the body cam, Ruby Freeman alleges a coverup by the Georgia Secretary of State, the DOJ/FBI, the GBI, and the Fulton County DA.

911 call transcript, body cam videos, and police report were obtained by Open Record Requests. From that information investigators have learned that the police report was supplemented in contradiction of the facts.
Ruby Freeman’s lawyer since January 2021 is Michael Gottlieb who also was lawyer and fixer for Hunter Biden and Aaron Rich, brother to Seth Rich.

Everyone whose home is destroyed in FL who has citizens insurance is screwed. And DeSantis let that happen by allowing them to get away with shady business practices that harm consumers. LINK

You clearly don't live in Florida nor do you understand how citizens insurance works.

Relying on loomer is never a good practice.

When you lose your fricking mind because you’ve sucked too many dicks, you end up celebrating Rudy Giuliani paying money to two election workers who defrauded their state.

When you lose your mind from sucking too many dicks, you end up blaming DeSantis for Florida’s insurance crisis.

The motion he filed was an admit but don’t admit so I can get out of discovery. The kinda shite all these trump legal clowns try. Just read it. He got what he deserved.
