Punching back on Mitch is a good idea. The guy has an 18% approval rating.

So Roy Moore could file a libel suit and legally force aldred to release it.

But he has his lawyer send a legally toothless letter and is complaining that she won't give him anything?

Another win for low information Alabama!

Love this patriot. By standing up to 30+ year old "he said / she said" allegations with no actual proof and winning a democratic election, he will slay the beast of personal destruction.

Even if you hate Roy Moore b/c of his political views, you should recognize that he will be giving ALL men an incredible gift.

This is so much bigger and 30 y/o unfounded allegations.

They are actively trying to steal an open and honest election. Like Roy or not, Dem or Pub this should scare the shite out of anyone with more then three working brain cells.

What they're doing is Brownshirt bullshite.

Nobody believes this.

Moore's lawyers could legally get it and they havent taken any means to do so.

Only idiots think this is a win for Moore.

You have to love it. It’s great to see someone actually stand up for themselves and not cave into the pressure like a pussy. It’s why so many people are attracted to trump

Can you explain how he is standing up for himself without doing any legal moves that would actually be standing up for himself.

Is twitter reality now reality?

If somehow Mitch gets kicked to the curb and loses re election, then this is a huge win for conservatives.

Low information is right....ummm.. he's kinda busy with a campaign right now. Why let the derps set the narrative?

Is there any politician named Mitch who isn't a completely spineless bitch?

"Got a baby..don't know what to do?
Grind it up...grind it up. Any time'll do!"

"Borders?.. we don't need no stinkin' borders"

"We have to do something about the guns!"

... be more conservative?

To be fair, the allegations are all 'extra-legal', too.

The "harm" is being done ONLY to oppose the election. There is nothing wrong with the "fight" being played on the same field.

What I mean is that there is no requirement for him to battle within the LEGAL court system against a "foe" that is doing so ONLY in the "court of public opinion"

How? By filing a lawsuit?

Why isn't she willing to produce it for third party examinations?
