I wasn't implying that attacking a high school girl was ok. At first, it wasn't clear to me that is what happened, but after viewing the video added to the OP, it seems that is what he did. He had his hat in hand and continued on toward that girl, pushing her over. Seems like the correct charge by Buda PD.
