Like a month ago. I made an off color joke in the thread on the OT where the guy from Monroe was looking for his missing buddy so made a Go Fund Me asking for $5,000 to buy flares to put on interstate overpasses so that the guy could see them and I guess know where to go as if he was missing in a damned forest or something. I thought the joke was kinda funny but everyone was in "oh no thoughts and prayers" mode at the time so I got lots of tomatoes thrown at me and the OP of it threatened to whoop my arse if he ever came across me...

You have the benefit of 3 1/2 years of hind sight on this now. When this started, fauchi had a good reputation with those in government - on both sides. There is a 99% chance that the news of covid was given to Trump as an escape of a genetically engineered bioweapon. Trump has a pretty well known fear of bacteria/virus. I don't know that the whole covid shite show was created to damage Trump, but they sure made use of it. Trump is not a doctor or a scientist - he is a businessman, and he would rely on advice from experts - like the head of the NIH. You can't single Trump out on this while to this day, half of your fellow citizens don't think we locked down hard enough and think the military should have gone door to door with forced vaccinations.

Im being honest when I say I truly do not understand you people at all.
The guy failed miserably the first time around. The swamp was stronger when he left office than when he began. He invited the swamp in and gave it a big hug, made love to it, and gave it power. He had swamp in every level of his government. And now he’s 4 years older and by his own statements and current hires he’s leaned NOTHING.
On the other side you have a guy that has taken on the most conservative agenda in the nation in a formerly purple state and just crushed it repeatedly in the most anti-establishment way possible.
