If it's a show with more objective hosts and a more objective audience, sure. In that sort of scenario he has an opportunity to win over votes.
His going on The View would be like his speaking at the DNC in an attempt to win the DNC's nomination for the Presidency. The audience is, by default, so against him that no matter what he does nor says would change a single... view.
