i like LibsofTikTok a lot. that said, i wish she would go back to simply sharing shite that Lefties post and leaving it without commentary. it was so much more effective and unassailable.

Illegals are driving around florida and other parts of the country. Hopefully, you dont ever get in a wreck with one of them.
Okay so I watched the video, the video says he got a drivers license and had the charges dropped for obtaining a drivers license and paying $100.

No one denies this, but FL does a better job than most of keeping them out.

FL does not offer legal drivers licenses to illegals.
Can one obtain one using fake or stolen documents, sure.
But they can expect to be jailed and turned over to ICE once caught.

Chaya's post states Florida gives illegals drivers licenses, and I think reasonable person would interpret that as Florida doing so willingly/intentionally.
I assume DeSantis is refuting that and clarifying it's not the policy/law in Florida to do that and, in fact, they do not recognize licenses from jurisdictions that do (intentionally/knowingly give licenses to illegals).
Those things obviously aren't mutually exclusive and it's likely that the guy had a fake ID or a real ID obtained with fake documents.
