To be fair, the ONLY reason he was able to get out on bond so many times was because judges kept granting it to him.
If the victim’s family can sue the bondsman who posted his bail, why can’t they likewise sue the judges who kept granting it to him?
Bail bondsmen aren’t breaking the law when they post a bond, and they aren’t vouching for someone’s integrity. They shouldn’t be held responsible when judges keep kicking criminals free.
