The entire provocation rests on the prosecution making up things on the behalf of Kiminski who never testified in this trial and a grainy photo/video
If there was another trial its going to be after the Kiminski case is settled.
What can be brought into court about Kiminski being the only provocation witness while being an arsonist who shoots guns into the air.

I would take a 6-6 for all charges with the errors and stuff.
In a year and a half from now by the next trial the DNC will have moved on from intimidating this cases new jury if they bother to retry.

Well seeing as how they're instructed in no uncertain terms to discuss the case with no one, which should eliminate them being the source of such information, I'm trying to figure out who else would have access to their thought processes going on in jury room. Because it's not like they do a press conference at the end of each day to inform us of their current status.
That pretty much leaves courtroom security at the door who are the only other people to be within earshot, and I just find it hard to believe that they're blatantly sharing such information with the press, seeing as how the judge could very easily trace that leak back to whoever the doorman or doormen were throughout the day.
