I left that off because it’s impossible to determine when those donations were made in Q3. The graph is a bit misleading. It should just be a table.

So your point 1 is just conjecture. The other 2 points are supported with other information.

There's reporting from the very end of September that the RGA had cancelled about $7MM in advertising scheduled for the balance of the campaign. The reason for this is they figured out that local political organizations can buy AZ media more cheaply than national orgs - I don't know if that involves a state fee/tax or just PHX media policies - so RGA funneled their money to local orgs who then did the media buys. Republican estimated that doing it this way got them $1MM more bang for their buck. In that report, it stated that $4MM had already been spent for Lake.
That suggests the vast majority of the spend was during the end of Sep, Oct and beginning Nov timeframe.
