And it’s time to stop using confirmation hearings as performance theater for protesters.
No one gets into that room without express approval of a Senator. Let them put some skin in the game. If a disruptive attention whore is on your group, you’re off the committee and you don’t get replaced for the rest of the confirmation. These interruptions would disappear.
