Gut health is absolutely linked to mental wellness.

Keto diet is known for severely limiting the gut biome. As they say,

I listened to the short clip.

He gave a one off example, then another example and implored people to eat real food, eat protein. He did not give a definitive charge to cure mental defect by eating keto.

I’m convinced a lot of these idiots have been paid off by the likes of Pfizer to peddle nonsense and distract people from the facts.

Your telling me, if the son of Rob Reiner decided to do a keto style diet he would not have killed both of his elite hollywood parents.

That’s a non-sequitur.

Regardless, there has been many studies in gut-biome health that illustrate how your mental state is heavily impacted by your diet. Things like ADHD are basically cured by just changing diet in some cases.

Why do you deny the science? Trust the experts.

He does not have any access to information that the rest of us don’t. In some patients, diet can slightly reduce symptoms severity. In a minority of patients, it can delay early onset. It certainly is very far from a cure. He saw two studies for the first time that have been available to the rest of us for quite a while and jumped to conclusions.

If all these diseases can be linked to our nutrition, big pharma and big hospitals would be out of a lot of money.

And you rushed to mock and dismiss the suggestion of any alternative treatment research.

Meanwhile, America is simultaneously the least healthy first world nation and the most medicated.

Something isn’t working.

it's disturbing if he actually said that but more disturbing knowing that thousands of anonymous people on the net will be rebleating that

The X post sensationalized what he actually said.

He gave an anecdote, the X post acts like he told all mental patients to toss their meds and live off burgers and steak.

It's bullshite ragebait.

In all reality, the man is imploring the public to take their health and nutrition seriously.

So I take it you're trying to imply he is wrong? Sorry, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt here.

Of course you will. You want affirmation, not information.

What info do you think he has access to that the general public doesn't?

Right. He is saying it may be able to help treat these disorders. And he is correct. frickin retards don't want to listen to their own damn detriment because they stuff their frickin faces with Twinkies and don't want to stop.

You can’t get a schizophrenic to take meds consistently. Good luck with keeping them on a restrictive diet.

Is it truly beyond the realm of possibility that psychological disorders could be exacerbated by diet or other environmental factors?

Nutrition and environmental factors are often overlooked in overall health and wellbeing.

This is an extremely dishonest recap of RFK's quote in the OP.
