JD explains it very well. Everybody is outraged about a stupid ad and not focused on winning elections. Was it dirty? Probably, but Democrats have done a million times dirtier things than this stupid advertisement but apparently that was ok for them to do because they are (D)different

But they don't want to win. If they win, they have to govern. If the past two years (and then some) has shown us anything, it's that Republicans will do absolutely whatever it takes to not govern.

That can be a politician’s job, but I’m not sure why that has to be my job as a citizen.
