"The Dan O'Donnell Show" can now report exclusively that Jump Kick Man is a 40-year-old Black male from Kenosha with an extensive criminal record who was at the time of the Rittenhouse shootings on probation following a conviction for domestic violence battery.

Unpossible. Never heard of such a thing.

I recall the ADA claiming, in court, that he could not be identified.
Yes, clearly a lie on his part.

In a fair system, the prosecution would have notified the defense of the existence of this man so they could interview and use his testimony if it helped the defense.

If it isn't illegal to withhold this information, it should be.

Now the "Kyle iz RACISS" explosive diarrhea have something to talk about.

It was racist that he missed this guy because he was black and he unfairly gave his accuracy to the white thugs.

Second, it's now 4 for 4 that the people Kyle was forced to shoot at were criminals. What are the odds that Kyle is just THAT GOOD at picking out the worst of the litter, or do you think this is likely to be a solid cross section of the shitheads out there "protesting?"

Or maybe these were some of the 15/20 dollar an hour rent a thugs from the DNC. Remember Scott Foval was fired from the DNC for admitting to paying "rent a thugs" to rough up Trump supporters prior to the 2016 election?

Jump Kick Man has a criminal record that dates back more than two decades, with multiple felony convictions for car theft, ID theft, drug possession, and escaping custody.

Our government would lock this career criminal up and protect productive citizens from harm

Nah, they'll stir the shite and the slink off into the dark. That was too risky. There are plenty of useful idiots to send after KR.

If true, that's a fricking bombshell.

We know the defense didn’t know his name because on one of their slides it referred to him as jump kick guy.

So the ada was correct when he said only very bad people were left that time of night, for Kyle to defend himself against

FBI Agent =/+ FBI Asset

Good chance he was working on reducing other charges for crimes by working with FBI.

Or, he could just be a criminal thug doing criminal thug things.

That fact that now that the trial has been completed and there's a collective, "oh, yeah, we know that thug"... tells you all you need to know about this politically motived trial.

At no point does the OP assert that the DA withheld this information, and I would think that the defense would be screaming loudly-enough to be heard in Atlanta if that were the case.

The defense said that he was never identified in closing. If that were untrue, Binger would have brought it up in his rebuttal. Unless he was concealing it from the defense.

Only a real idiot would conceal that. That's criminal behavior.

Fired for admitting it, not for doing it.

Have you watched Binger and Fatlock in court?

They dropped the DUI charge on Unicep, for over .2 btw and not his first, so his past record couldn't be brought up in court.

Their should be consequences for judges that grant probation for people like this guy with his record. No reason he should be walking freely. Build more prisons.
