I get the brothers walking into the grand jury. I don’t get his lawyer going in there with them. Must be different up there. But my experience with grand juries is very thin.

I found out you can’t have a lawyer with you if you are a witness. You can if you are a target but he can’t participate. He can whisper in your ear or take you outside to talk but there is no objecting or cross examination.
