So essentially the first death worldwide happened right in Houston. HMMMMMMMM

Especially considering you can't test for it except at specialized labs.

quote:

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo at a Monday afternoon press conference confirmed the county's first COVID-19 death attributed to the Omicron variant, per the Houston Chronicle's Sam Gonzalez Kelly.

"I know for folks in Harris County this feels like whiplash," Hidalgo said. "We saw the downward trend in hospitalizations and cases only to see things trend back up again, and it is so frustrating. I feel it, too."

The deceased was a male resident in his 50s who lived in Harris County Precinct Two, according to Hidalgo, who cautioned the public against overlooking the latest new variant.

I’m sure dozens of people die daily in this city, and unless it’s someone close to you, no one cares. There’s too many people in this county to get all bent out of shape anytime someone dies...

“Judge” in some counties in Texas is not a judicial office, but an executive one. I take it it’s like head county commissioner or something.

This seems way too planned. Dora the explorer couldn’t resist I guess.

If we had any semblance of credible media, this would be question #1.
