Simple 6th grade math in ANY school worth its accreditation to BE a school.
No wonder dims and liberals can't figure out the easiest of budgets and funding....they went to lousy dem run public schools that failed providing their pupils a decent education...

How about we cap her salary at $50,000 a year and cap her expenses budget to $5000 a year. And outside income is capped at $10 a day.
