Hey, this could be worse. He could propose a bill to make it a federal law to have large signs signifying 'Elevator Button' and 'Fire Alarm.' They must be in different colors and labeled in at least 10 languages.

Bowman said the door "would not open." The video should show whether he pushed the door before he pulled the alarm or not.

I happen to believe that Bowman thought he was pulling the alarm to open the door.
