I’m sure once i dive into this story i’ll find more concerning stuff, but to date the only thing I have seen splashed all over X is:
- texts of him doing some role playing stuff with a woman that was obviously consensual
- claims that prior to an Afghan rescue mission (while a civilian?) he hired some Tbilisi prostitutes
I have to assume there is a lot more than this

What he means by this is that there isn't a wide enough following of "Satan" to warrant an egregore of sufficient strength to grant magical powers to its followers. And he may be right. I don't know.
But here's the rub. None of that matters to the fact that it is real, and therefore exists at whatever scale.
He truly is a bad lawyer.

It exists in the way all other mental illness that could pose threats exists, and due to our heavily Christian culture the mental illness manifests in terms of demonology, often Satan specifically. THAT randomness exists and you can derive whatever concern you wish from it.
