Rennis Rinke: Americans want masks

Tuned into the Rennis Rinke Experience during my commute this morning - Rennis was in the zone. He cited poll after poll stating that the majority of Americans want masks. He said the only reason masks are not mandatory is because of rogue Trump judges and Biden’s penchant for appeasing far right science deniers.
Rennis said If the left wants to galvanize Americans before November, they need to side with science and bring back the travel mask mandates. Do you agree with Rennis?
He also mentioned that he will now be traveling with a mask and face shield on at all times.

Can someone point to the text of the 'mandate bans' that prohibit a person from wearing a mask if they want? I must be going blind as it can't find that bit anywhere.

It's outrageous that an unqualified 35 year old Trump appointee who made it through in a lame duck session could negate the guidance of hundreds of experts who worked in conjunction with the President on what's right for health and safety.
