It is a minimal technology. The energy it would take to form or move a hurricane is beyond our means. It is impossible.

I never said a thing about hurricanes... and funnily enough, neither did chubbies' OP.

Chubs is trolling, and poorly at that.

remember when the democrats were the "big tent" party and represented the working class? Whatever happened to that?

Everything is "chemicals".

Using them properly is the key.

I made a post explaining Helene earlier in this thread.

I use neem oil. And I have plenty of pollinators who visit my gardens.

What pests are invading your garden? TBH, I plant native plants so I don't really have many issues with pests. Occasional aphids, but I buy ladybugs and they take care of the aphids super fast.

Idiots certainly did and so did Democrats. They thought the same that Republicans were controlling the weather. The whole country and both sides extremes are now batshite crazy.

Whiteflies. They love my viburnum shrubs along my property lines. They turn the leave black.

Do we still think that or nah?

Given that it wasn't a thing, I'd say.. nah.

Democrats belive my tax dollars can fix climate change. But they always ignore the giant nuclear fusion reactor that sits 94 million miles away.

ladybugs eat those too.

cut off infested leaves as soon as you notice them, put them in a bag and throw them in the garbage.

you can also vacuum them up with a handheld vacuum but idk how effective that is.

So the conspiracy position would be suggesting that the weather can’t be manipulated given that every major news agency and the US government believes that it can.

The conspiracy was thinking only one political party has this ability and uses it to punish the opposing party.

The 1978 Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) prohibits the hostile use of weather modification in warfare, which is interesting. If the US could weaponize weather, I'm certain the government would regardless of any signed documents.

I'm not denying cloud seeding happens, but I wonder why it wasn't used to assist with the California wildfires. I don't know really anything about cloud seeding so maybe it can't be done very quickly?
