Meyers and Colbert are the unfunniest of them all. There's no humor at all in any of the late night shows.

Sometimes I still watch Barney Miller reruns followed by Carson. Even when his jokes bombed he was funny.
I was telling my daughter about Johnny and Buddy Hacket going at it. She's 37 and had never seen Carson. She looked that episode up on YouTube.. loved it.

More accurate and less that can go wrong with a bolt action rifle. Thank God he didn't

Is it just me or have those shows become passé?

Same a-hole that was at the dinner that helped Trump decide to run, when he said that he thought Trump running for president was a joke. Think it was the White House correspondents dinner. Sounds like Trump got the last laugh.

Because using Paw Paws old 280 would have been so much better for Trump. He’d probably have half an ear torn off and a concussion.

They are filmed in NYC and LA

They long ago ceased trying to make their live audience laugh. Their goal now is to make their NYC and LA audience applaud.

Given the above, any wonder where these shows find themselves?

I am watching Gutfeld right now

Gutfeld is great - he not only has an acute sense of humor, but his takes on politics are some of the best I have seen - he makes 'comparisons' that illustrate abject truths in a funny but mostly unvoiced way that I am impressed with both his wit and has wisdom.

Best since Carson = perhaps even better. A real treasure. His opening monologue on his nite time show is not to be missed.
