He's suing the City of Kenosha and Kenosha PD for it.
If this case makes it past the initial motion to dismiss, the justice system is truly unsalvageable.

Rittenhouse having a charge of first degree murder attached to him... proves it's already unsalvageable.
There're hundreds of videos from that night. Several different angles. We've video evidence that documents everything that happened.
We saw that rittenhouse was running away, not engaging with the mob. We saw the mob chasing him down, firing shots behind him. We saw rittenhouse trip and fall. We saw his attackers taking advantage of his fall to aim at his head with metal skateboard trucks. We saw him defend himself.
All that shite we saw...and he's still charged with first degree murder..and the motherfrickers chasing him, trying to kill him.. are labeled as the victims.

Call me crazy but I can't believe he is found guilty of any of those charges for murder/ manslaughter.
The reason for bringing them was not to win. The state winds simply by destroying his life while he is awaiting trial and afterwards.
I don't know about the lesser charges for having a weapon or whatnot. He could be found guilty for these and totally fricked.
