It shouldn't. Just assume for the sake of discussion that what I'm saying about the Sumerian Annunaki tales is correct. That they're the original source material for the Hebrew Bible. That Judaism is ultimately based on tales written about a race of beings here before the flood who had "godlike" capabilities compared to primitive humans of the time.
Does that mean that the Bible is therefore incorrect about everything that came after? Does it mean that Jesus can't be a savior for mankind? No. It would only mean that the bibles history is incomplete and slightly misguided (specifically that the early "gods" weren't gods at all, just advanced beings).

It's a conspiracy theory that we don't subscribe to your conspiracy theory? That there is no evidence of aliens and that its proponents can only talk about what they've seen and can't provide it?

Except, I'm not relaying a conspiracy theory here. This is the position of the Government that you're calling into question. Again, conspiracies happen. We all know about MK Ultra. The government has enacted psy-ops before.
If my choices are that the government has known about this for 80 years or more and kept it secret, and just now—right when AI makes it possible to easily fake every single one of these videos and pictures—for no particular reason, they decide they're going to release it NOW, and they are going to release it by allowing former government employees to dribble secondhand but classified information out to the press (on a topic that again, they kept under the tightest reign of secrecy for 8 decades), then release a bunch of videos...but not all at once...bits at a time, like episodes of the X Files, if that's choice one and choice two is that the government is messing with the public for some reason, I'm taking choice two.

Sorry, but I don't discuss things with hypocrites other than to ridicule them. What you're seeing is me responding to you in kind. And that's the way I approach every subject. If you see me dismissing someone and ridiculing them it is because they've done something to deserve said response.

They think that because they forget about the dozens of conspiracy theories that get posted on a board like this every month that never prove to have any substance. They only focus on the ones that pan out. Which is a small fraction of them.

I think you are being dishonest about not caring.
But, regardless, if we found out aliens life existed somewhere, I don't see religions just falling apart. It's an assumption that seems to be made by those who really want to see it happen, only.

Lawmakers who have had access to the classified files have indeed come forward saying that whatever is behind the phenomenon isn't human. Yes. And this is backed by loads and loads of other testimony from people who have observed the phenomenon up close and personally while working for the government.
You denying this makes you a conspiracy theorist at this point. You can keep being insulting all you want, but that's the truth of it. You dunked on yourself by calling conspiracy theorists low IQ.
