So employer is asking for a reason why i am not getting the vaccine. on the form they give two choices

if i click medical it asked for more info.

if i click religious it ask for a reason why?

Does anyone have any experience on a good reason why to put in for religious exemption to not get the vaccine that would be approved?

If you don't know the reason for your religious exemption then you are mocking religion. God does not like to be mocked.

Did you pray about it? Don’t lie. Either you prayed about it or not.

I’m utterly floored that this COVID horse-shite is still going on in the workplace. The Marxists have totally succeeded in dumbing this country down through our education system

What employer is this?

My employer doesn't want us peons talking about religion.

If they asked me that question I could talk for weeks.

My “Dr” recommended I do not get the shot. They can’t ask any more questions after that. End of story.

Plenty of people know something is wrong, but don’t know specifics on why they know it’s wrong.

1. Your body is the temple, and the benefit isn’t worth injecting poison into your system
2. Government mandated “worship” of a political position is against both biblical principles in both the Old Testament and New Testament
3. Mandated invasive body procedures are a precursor to the ultimate force mark

Your answer should be "because".

And nothing more.

But, if you're having to play the idiotic game

quote:

if i click religious it ask for a reason why?

"Your questioning of my religion leads me to believe i may be targetted for my religious beliefs. I decline to answer based on fear of prejudice and discrimination."

I would then file a complaint with HR.

I successfully filed an exemption with my employer (the most liberal company in my state):

I am a Christian who believes in the Bible. I have a Christian worldview. This perspective recognizes that faith and conscience compel an individual to submit to the proper jurisdiction of law, in this case Divine Law.

Specifically, the New Testament teaches that:
"Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have God, and ye are not your own?"
1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 6:19 (KJV)

Thus my faith prohibits me from being vaccinated as proposed. The U.S. Constitution recognizes my right to object to consuming something- this vaccine- because it violates my faith. Therefore I respectfully assert my religious objection to this vaccination.

Then if he/she has those religious convictions, he/she would know why he/she refuses the vaccine. My response has nothing to do with how good or bad the vaccine is. If you go back through my post history I have always been against forced vaccination.

This is what I wrote for my wife...

To Whom It May Concern,

Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits employer discrimination for religious beliefs, observances, or practices; which is recognized within the November 4th, 2021, emergency regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to address the Covid-19 threat. This law requires employers to reasonably accommodate employee's sincerely held religious beliefs. Furthermore, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) guidelines expect the employer to generally assume that a request for a religious accommodation is based on sincerely held religious beliefs.

I am writing to you to request a religious accommodation from the Covid-19 vaccine requirement put forth by the CMS, and attest that the following is my sincerely held religious belief.

God's word, as revealed to man by the Holy Scripture, informs us of the reality that a human being is created at conception.

- Psalm 139:13-16
- Job 10:11-12
- Isaiah 44:24

My God knows each and every human being, even before the miracle of birth, and has given each of us a purpose in life.

- Jeremiah 1:5
- Luke 1:15
- Ephesians 1:3-4
- Isaiah 49:1, 5

The act of abortion, though considered legal by the United States Federal Government as of 1973, does not operate accordingly with my deeply and sincerely held religious beliefs that life begins at conception. The Holy Scripture prohibits the taking of human life, and as highlighted in the above scripture that prohibition extends to the pre-born. Any technologies developed from the intentional taking of any human life has been obtained through immoral means. To borrow a legal metaphor, such technologies are considered by my faith to be fruit from a poisonous tree. My research has confirmed that the Covid-19 vaccine did use materials immorally harvested from a human being in their development. The Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines used fetal cell line HEK 293 (taken from a 1973 abortion that took place in the Netherlands), and the Johnson and Johnson Covid 19 vaccines used fetal cell line PER.C6 (taken from a 1985 abortion that took place in the Netherlands). My faith removes my choice in this matter. The Holy Scripture tells us, and I firmly believe, that we can only serve one master (Matthew 6:24). Requiring me to receive the Covid-19 vaccine is requiring me to accept something obtained through immoral means; it is requiring me to value someone or something above my God and His commandments. This is something my faith does not allow me to do, and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects me from.

I would like to take this time to address a concern I've seen other businesses voice to their employees. While many over-the-counter and commonly prescribed medications have also been tested on the fetal cell line HEK 293, usage of most of those medications isn't prohibited by my faith since the finished product is what was tested on the fetal cell tissue. Such testing goes against The Holy Scripture, but those medications existed in their completed forms before being tested in fetal cell line HEK 293. I have deeply prayed, and do not believe, that those medications should be avoided simply because we've chosen to use them improperly after their development.

If you have any further concerns or questions, please email me at _______________________.

Thank you for your consideration,

I agree people should know the reasoning behind their convictions and if they don’t, it’s a good mental exercise to map that out. Just happens not to be something that is 100%

Post a link to the Pfizer papers they tried to seal for 75 years

With the SADS epidemic it won't be long before we all know more people that died from the vaccine than the virus
