What I’m struck by every time I read Reddit is how similar the right wing nuts and left wing nuts are on two points
-the other side is definitely trying to steal the election, it’s the only way they can win
-we’ve played nice for too long, time to learn to fight dirty like the Democrats/Republicans
Switch some nouns and many of the arguments here are indistinguishable from there.

I swear, its just so god damned easy to go to work every day and be thankful for what I have instead of losing my mind (at the age of 17) because I think this country is so bad. These teenagers fricking crack me up with their "ive been around here 100 years and I know whats going on" attitudes when barely 1/10th of them have moved out from mom and pops house.

I glanced at it earlier. First response, top of the page was something about "The moderators aren't doing their job, I keep seeing conservative posts".

What I'm struck by every time I look at the real world is that the right didn't shite its diaper for 4 years when Obama was elected. Twice. His inauguration wasn't protested, we didn't drag people from cars because of their bumper sticker.
There was a lot of "both sides do it" legitimacy prior to 2016; you've lost that.

You’re completely correct on the protest part of it. The right was in no way shape or form as insane with violent protest as the left has become.
Disagree on the diaper shitting part though. A majority of this board believes Obama was born in Kenya and that Michelle Obama isn’t a woman. If you want proof of hysteria just take note of the responses I get for writing this.

It’s not just Reddit, it’s everywhere. Social media has made it more clear to see now than ever.
Not sure why you’re getting downvoted for speaking the truth either. The dichotomy among people from both sides who can see the same thing - like a debate for example - and have completely different thoughts on what actually happened or who meant what is astounding to me.
