A combination of all 3 would probably be better. I’m sure they redirect some money to cover it. They redirect money for everything else.

I always find it fascinating that liberal idiots from blue states like Vermont and NH brag how their state is blue and have the lowest crime rate when compared to red states.
But they always leave out the part about being the whitest population in the country. It’s like they can’t comprehend the correlation….
