I’ve definitely got my complaints with Huey P Landry, but:
1- Idiocy to want him recalled over this issue, or really anything else during his term thus far. Just because you don’t agree with a politician doesn’t mean they should automatically be impeached or recalled.
2- Zero chance of gaining enough signatures anyway. Louisiana politicians of the past intentionally made it where you have to get what is essentially an impossible number of signatures within a timeframe for a recall to actually occur.
Beat him in the election next year if he’s been that poor of a Governor. If you can come forth with proof of blatant criminal activity or obvious corruption, then a recall could be warranted.

Probably would need an extra 50k just to be safe too; since all 500k+ need to be verified wet signatures.
