Reality check re: AZ election numbers VS. the primary numbers

Let's compare the primary numbers for the Democrats as a whole to the number of votes slow Joe got in November.
You're telling me Joe Biden found more than a MILLION votes between the primary and election day? And that is assuming every Dem vote from the primary went to Joe.

Nobody on here ever seems to have any explanation of the surge of Biden votes other than "But Trump sucked". Like I say, if you answer a question with a question it means you really don't have an answer.

You can’t for 2020 but you can for 2016.
I would just like to compare how many voted in 2016 primary vs 2016 General to see if there is traditionally a bigger jump between the two election periods.
