re: Reading lots of Twitter feeds saying the numbers Dems were hoping for aren’t there.

Someone on PMSNBC said only 1 in 50 voters in AZ have voted for Biden.
No way that is even REMOTELY true, but very funny.

Twitter? Sounds suspect
Aren’t the polls also?

It would be the truth coming from republicans or democrats. Doesn’t indicate who they voted for. It’s stating Republican voters are showing up beyond what was expected and democrats are not showing up like expected. Again it’s not giving the results of their votes just that the numbers aren’t what the polls are suggesting. Democrat voters show up better than republicans with early numbers and absentee. Republicans show up on Election Day. The huge advantage Dems are used to isn’t happening like they thought it would.
I'm seeing a lot of numbers, but the context is the issue for me. And it seems like a lot of that is banked on Democrats only leading by some X-hundred thousand votes in early voting and how the assumption is that election day totals will heavily favor Trump.
Anyway, I welcome all of that if true, but I'm trying not to get too optimistic without something I can assess for myself.

Gotcha. And definitely need to not take anything for granted.

What’s the likelihood voting machines will be down on Election Day causing massive lines and discouraging people to not vote . I say 100% this will happen.
I'm not expecting machines to be down but I am expecting the Democrat-controlled riots to kick back off in full strength to frighten the elderly away from in-person voting. And I'm expecting reports of a big uptick in Covid reporting to justify those loony Dem governors pulling some "enhanced social distancing" bullshite to make in-person voting as difficult as possible.

That's not going to work to suppress Republican voters.
