DeSantis: “Yes!”

It is, but I always hate the qualifier of responsible gun owner. What is a responsible gun owner as defined by the federal government and who defines that?

I already have that right. It was conveyed to me long ago via the 2nd Amendment.

How can he sign an imaginary piece of paper?

And Bill Clinton promised to solve the illegal immigration problem before he was elected.
He won't get that bill so he won't get to sign or veto it.

Trump didn’t get his red flag bill, but you don’t want to talk about that, do you?
Take the guns first. Due process second.
We know who you are, cuck.

I bet he also wouldn't take executive action in the other direction...

The current SCOTUS will slaughter the National Firearms Act before November 2024.
DeSantis will be a single father by then.

I will nullify the National Firearms Act, the Gun Control Act, and get rid of the ATF. All of these are unconstitutional due to the 2nd Amendment, arbitrary rule making, abuse, combination or all of the above.
If you want an SBR in this nation, among many other arms, the only paperwork required is a copy of the Constitution.
There's nothing in the Constitution or the realm of common sense or the historical record of this nation that would lead you to believe that special permission is required to own a rifle with a 14.5" barrel or a 15.9" barrel, but a 16" barrel is just fine. This is arbitrary and it's an infringement. The Constitution never gave the government any power at all that could be construed so as to restrict your choice of arms - whether you want one that is black or brown or pink; small, large, loud or quiet.
Also, it is unconstitutional for any jurisdiction to say if you are law enforcement you don't have to wait to purchase a weapon, but if you're a regular citizen you have a waiting period, or some other restriction. That violates the tenor of our founding documents and certainly violates the 14th amendment specifically.
Restricting things like suppressors is wildly unconstitutional.
Gun control is unconstitutional.
All of our rights must be liberally construed and vigorously defended. We cannot pick and choose.
Red flag laws are also unconstitutional.
Your turn, Ron.
Of course, we already know where Trump stands - he is no friend of the 2nd Amendment. "Take the guns first, due process second". And RFK Jr said that if Congress passed a bill to ban assault weapons, he would sign it. Youtube shorts
I guarantee you, there is no other candidate that supports all of our amendments in the Bill of Rights, and the manifest tenor of the Constitution, as much as I do.

The left would spend his entire term challenging this through the courts. They would probably grease their allies in the lower level courts to stall it as well before it would ever reach the Supreme Court, because the SC would likely rule in favor of enacting it.

And here we can witness the pretend conservatives once again attacking a staple of conservative belief, simply because the man who said it DARE challenged their leader
Totally not a cult though

Is that like Democrats claiming they'll create a federal reparations bill? Just saying shite that they know have 0% chance of actually happening.
All Democrats and half the Republicans would put a stop to pro-gun anything.
