Just a little TD blurb info. 30 days in jail, $10,000 fine and ordered to have no contact with the Paul family.
Fair? Sounds like light punishment to me considering Paul's injuries. Five broken ribs and bruised lungs per the WAPO.

I've always found fines to be an interesting form of punishment. The local municipality profits from a butt whipping administered to a citizen.

Most Drs. are right wing. They are higher earners and are against their hard earned money being taken, then squandered.

Seems like a light criminal punishment indeed.
Rand Paul should definitely pursue a civil tort injury case against this criminal. Make the brutal sneak attacker pay for his crime.

Compared to this guy in another blurb I read this morning - guy in Britain,I think it was, got 30 years in the pokey for attempting to kill his wife by sabotaging the strings on her parachute. Damn.
