@RandPaul
A Trump indictment would be a disgusting abuse of power. The DA should be put in jail.

About as perfectly succinct statement as needs to be made on the matter.

Put in jail? For what crime? He should be impeached, not put in jail.

Bragg should be investigated with a fine toothed comb to check his campaign financing, get him under oath before Congress and see if he wants to perjure himself.

The question is why he revived this case after declaring it a nothing burger awhile back.....and is coordinating with the Biden White House or the DNC?

Definitely with involvement by Potato’s handlers since Bragg was bought and paid for. Political targeting “in the name of the law” just like they do in banana republics.

Harvard Law + Soros Money

Maybe it's time to consider the Ivy League as a domestic terror organization.

Prosecutorial misconduct should be life without parole. It's morally equivalent to treason.

Should also go back and nail every dirty prosecutor from the past 20 years.

Blatantly ignoring serious crimes and instead targeting your political opponents for a misdemeanor should be illegal…..worthy of getting disbarred.

How does one impeach a local DA? The first step is the NY Bar should pull his license and then hold disbarment hearings, but we all know that is not happening.

Malicious prosecution as a charge probably isn't on the table until arraignment but it seems to be a textbook case considering how many prosecutors looked at the facts and declined to charge. Did they inform the grand jury of just how many times Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen have recanted previous sworn testimony? I'm not sure what the terminology is in NY but convening a grand jury in bad faith is very likely illegal and the bad faith here is undeniable.

Yours is the only response without “should be a crime” in it, and even you admit there is no crime…yet.
