The neighborhood where this happened is 40% Hispanic. The population of Minneapolis is 10% Hispanic.
Furthermore, Minnesota in general and Minneapolis in particular brag about their lack of compliance with Federal Immigration enforcement.

Look, I want illegals out of this country just as much as you do. But when you send the largest ICE force in history to a place that ranks in the middle of the pack as far as the number of illegals, there's obviously ulterior motives.
I would like to see Trump stop playing games with this and actually get serious about illegal immigration.
