I seriously wonder why this isn't a federal Civil Rights issue. I've always heard that your right to swing your fist stops at my nose. I always took it to mean you can exercise your rights as long as they do not infringe on another's.

How is it okay to harass people so that they cannot eat at a restaurant (for example)? If there was a gay couple and people screamed and taunted until THEY were too uncomfortable to eat there...is that okay? If a Don Lemon were scared into leaving a movie theater...is that acceptable?

This is going to go to violence. I am very much on the Non-Violence train. But, I am not going to be opposing it in this case. If Gov isn't going to stop this nonsense...then, I'm unsure what we need Gov FOR.

How close to the ear does a bull horn, with a person screaming in it, have to be before it is considered assault?

Yeah. I can deal with being yelled at. You show up with a bullhorn yelling in my ear you're going to eat the mother fricker.

That can cause permanent damage.

The yelling is just as bad with spittle flying out of their mouth into your face, and in the case I saw it was a woman, well if she spits on you, that shite goes out the window with her being a woman.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

I'd simply give that bullhorn a nice quick shove into their teeth.

I watched the Twitter video of Candace and am 100% on her side and against the vile, childish, ridiculous and depressing ANTIFA bastards who heckled her in the video...

BUT

It is borderline obscene to compare this to the lady in 1963 and it drops all context of the severity of the problem the civil rights movement faced down. And I know you all know this.

And bonus stupidity: using political party (in this case the democrats) as a proxy as if it was unchanged through time. Simply stupid.

And thus the REAL reason the left has attacked Trump so relentlessly. They have effectively neutured him on the issue, if he raises a big stink and insists that the justice department go after ANTIFA and such in a big way , they have built their fake case of "he's an authoritarian" and will ride it for all it's worth.

You would think, at the very least, these people would be subject to a disturbing the peace or creating a public disturbance charge.

Completely disagree...they both were assailed in public,
Both cannot go where they'd like
