She will be relegated to theater where she can be as batshit as she wants. The opportunity to go on widely promoted press junkets is minimal and those that actually pay attention love her leftist nutwhackery.
She may get a Hollywood job down the line but, for now, it is back to a much more time consuming, exhausting and labor intensive career for her.

I will say that she needs some help from the photographer, if they are not careful the pic can be unflattering. But here's some shots that sure don't scream 'ugly' to me (she's still ugly inside though):
