As long as she didn't do anything illegal to obtain them, then no. There is a long history of presidents releasing their tax returns. It's clearly a matter of public interest. Trump will likely threaten to sue, unless he listens to his handlers for a change, but the burden of proof would be on him to prove the returns are not of public interest. So it'd be a losing battle and the legal proceedings would only bring more damaging information to the surface, so I don't think that even he is stupid enough to press the issue.
