It's against the law it's a freaking felony.
So now we are now cherry picking which individuals we can break the law to expose?

That's absolutely insane.

The law doesn't dicate who is inconsequential and who isn't. It's suppose to protect every individual. Regardless of wealth, class, race, etc.

You are opening Pandora's box if you think it's justified to release a political figure or public figures privacy.

The fact is, nobody cares about Trump's taxes except for the few angry liberal Democrats who still can't get over the fact they lost. Not only lost, they got humiliated. Trump is the President and there is not a damn thing those snowflakes can do about it except throw their little temper tantrums.

Maddow is a disgrace and should be dismissed with every tabloid story she reports. I can't think of one person who takes her seriously. MSNBC and these fake news outlets are embarrassing

They basically realize this was a trap set by TRUMP that Maddow fell for and now she has no more credibility about anything.

The ticker for MSNBC and CNN should be "Faking News". What a bunch of clowns.

This is nothing new. The press is allowed to publish information of public interest regarding public figures. (The president counts as a public figure. No cherry picking needed.)

It has always been this way, but welcome to the United States of America. We're glad to have you. May I ask what rock you've been living under all this time?

WTF are you talking about? This isn't a discussion on defamation. I've posted the actual law that seems to prohibit this exact situation.

Find the law that allows this information to be released and post it. Not some vague crap about how he's a public person or that it's in the public interest.

You think they would've gone to air with this without clearing it with their legal department?

Could have sworn his refusal to release during the election campaign was worth a wrap around an axle

You'd have thought CBS wouldn't have run the Bush memo story without thoroughly vetting that one either.

They had 2 weeks to clear up that mess and look what happened. Here's the wikipedia if you're hazy

Considering this seems to be same day BREAKING NEWS, I can see some steps being skipped.

There's no fight here. I think most people are idiots. Just pointing it out. Again.
