In total agreement - no way he passed the bar exam - but he does not practice law thank God - he simply runs around the country turning every black death into a racial shiite show

So now someone needs to investigate how this dude got to where he is. Because he is clearly a plant ....... and by "plant," I mean a vegetable.

Sadly, he is licensed to practice.I think he "passed the bar exam" in Florida, but is licensed elsewhere as well.

No way this man passed a legitimate bar exam.
His bar exam was probably the Little Rum Boogie in the ninth ward.

The fact that he has a law license is amazing given the fact that he faked evidence and suborned perjury in the civil suit against the homeowners association in the Trayvon Martin wrongful death claim. Any other lawyer in America would have been permanently disbarred.

Anyone find a non tick tok version?

I bet you can answer your own question.

Incredible. Do we know if he actually passed the bar?

I don't think I was clear enough - when I said he does not practice law, I meant that, although he licensed to practice law, he simply race hustles cases for his firm - however, I can assure, he prepares nothing in those cases (i.e. pleadings, discovery, etc.) and he certainly rarely, if ever, will appear in court or try a case - he has partners/associates who handle the cases he race hustles - he simply appears in front of the microphone for the media in the cases but other people do all of the actual legal work

Of course not. He can't read. I'm sure he has the writing skills to match.
He would not know where to begin to write a legal brief.
Who set this guy up? He didn't mastermind a large law firm with multiple offices around the nation. He has to be a front man for someone.

Should have to retake the BAR every year to keep a liscance.
If they fail they have 6 months to pass before they get suspended for 2 years.
Doubt half could do it.
And we would all be better off for it.

This is an indictment on our education system. Ben Crump is just a result of not holding all people to the same standards. He was moved to the head of the line probably in front of more qualified and intelligent not black people. I have always thought that AA set more people up for failure than actually lifting them up. Wonder how many white clients he has had.
